3. Ordering Process
Pursuant to Art. 3 para. 1 lit. s of the Swiss Federal Act against Unfair Competition (UCA), orders placed on rhein1905.ch follow the technical steps below:
- Product selection and addition to the cart;
- Cart summary (quantities can be modified or items removed);
- Login or creation of a customer account;
- Selection of shipping method and entry of the delivery address;
- Selection of payment method and entry of payment details;
- Final order summary allowing the customer to verify and correct any error before confirmation;
- Order confirmation by email immediately after validation.
Prior to final confirmation, the customer may at any time return to previous steps to correct any input error.
